Tessa Harvey’s practice focuses on complex commercial and financial litigation and internal and government investigations. She has represented clients in disputes involving mortgage-backed securities, derivatives, sale-leaseback agreements, and other financial instruments, as well as corporate clients and senior executives in purchase agreements, service contracts, and employment disputes in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration forums, including the Southern District of New York, the New York Supreme Court Commercial Division, JAMS, AAA, and FINRA.
